At Art-Pol we realise the value of providing a full service and our offer does not finish at handover and completion. We understand the needs of our busy clients and proudly offer an ongoing planned maintenance, emergency call-out and general upkeep service; this covers all aspects of our clients’ building and maintenance requirements, providing peace of mind throughout their ownership of the property.

A wide range of appliance, electronic, lighting and system maintenance can be carried out regularly.

This can take the form of anything from: boiler or air-conditioning servicing, fire alarm testing, electrical/PAT testing to redecoration, lamp replacements, emergency call–out services or planned maintenance projects.

Again we approach maintenance with the same core values as we would a large project: our ethos is that aftercare and service is as important as front end account management.
